Ultimate Frisbee: This is an ultimate frisbee unit ideal for the novice student and teacher. It includes lessons for the forehand and backhand pass as well as proper catching technique. The unit ends with a mini-tournament.  Rules for the game are also included.

Team building unit: This is a five lesson mini-unit on team building. Ideal for a year nine class. Focuses on self worth and respect for peers.
