Volleyball : A good lesson for the beginning volleyball class. Minimal instruction is necessary. Good for peer to peer teaching and interaction.
A fun game-based lesson which involves staff and student participation. This is a great way to interact with the students and for the students to work on their communication abilities. An excellent idea for a fun Friday afternoon.
Dance Lesson: A dance lesson for all years and abilities. Cues can be modified as to the suitable maturity level of students. Heart rate is assessed throughout.
